Can I mix SKUs to reach the minimum?
Yes. The $500 minimum applies to the order total.
Do you offer territorial exclusivity?
There is no exclusivity this season.
Can I pick it up at the warehouse?
Yes, by appointment only in Houston. It is coordinated after payment is confirmed.
What happens if a defective product arrives?
Please send us photos and video of the product showing the details of the defect for approval and confirmation. There is a 15-day period to file a claim from the date of dispatch.
